Please be aware, I accept NHS referrals and medicolegal cases only.

I have been a Consultant Neurosurgeon for eight years. I treat patients with back pain, sciatica, arm pain from slipped discs/wear and tear in the spine as well as lumbar canal stenosis, and spondylosis.

I also treat general neurosurgical conditions including spinal and brain disorders. This also includes trauma/head injury and hydrocephalus. I also specialise in all brain tumours including pituitary tumour surgery. I carry out medicolegal work including medical reports and providing report as an expert witness. I am also a Medical Examiner for Hull University NHS Trust.

I am the lead for the pituitary tumours in the region along with super-specialising in disorders of the skull base.

I have authored several peer reviewed journals and presented at national and international meetings to keep up with improvements in the field of brain and spine surgery.

I have done a fellowship at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Australia where I worked with Professor Andrew Kaye and Professor Kate Drummond. Prior to that I have been trained in Sheffield, Hull and London in neurosurgery. I qualified as a junior doctor after finishing my medical school from King's College London in 2002.

I am a member of the Royal College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Pathologists.
