I have been working as a physiotherapist since 2010. I decided to specialise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy soon after qualifying, as I have always been interested in this area. I joined the team at Spire in 2015.
I provide assessment, treatment and management for various musculoskeletal injuries, pathologies and post surgical rehabilitation. I have a special interest in Pilates and use this within my one to one treatment sessions. In addition I also teach a class for Pilates here at Spire Hull and East Riding Hospital.

When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my daughter, being outdoors and running. My favourite distance to race is a 10km.
