This was my first appointment at the Spires, Harpenden. Throughout my stay, from booking in to discharging, I experienced the best most professional care from everyone at the hospital, really impressed and satisfied. I'd just like to say thank you so much for all the professional help. Everything went to plan, the operation was perfect, what was explained happened without any problems at all. To all the team, once again, a big thank you. I am completely satisfied with all the staff looking after me. I had the greatest level of care, everyone in the nursing team explained what was going to happen, stage by stage, which made me feel comfortable about my operation.
