My experience pre and post operation was extremely positive. I'm very happy and satisfied with all aspects of care and treatment. My consultant was very professional but most of all listened to my fears and addressed them with compassion, this gave me great confidence in him.
The nursing care was very good throughout. However, the night staff were exceptional. It made a difference being offered a cup of tea when lying awake, unable to sleep. Nothing was too much for them.
