Mr Gordon impressed me as an experienced and skilled consultant, who is very used to treating mine and similar conditions. He was able to answer all of my questions and gave me a clear understanding of the process and expected outcome, so I felt confident that I would be in safe hands. It was just an ideal experience in every way. Whilst most people might not see hospital treatment, or an actual operation, as something positive or to be welcomed, I was genuinely looking forward to it, and it lived up to my expectations.
