NHS referrals

Referrals for NHS patients can be sent through the online e-referral service (formerly choose and book) by visiting www.ebs.ncrs.nhs.uk. This is now the only method for us to receive NHS referrals as the system is the most efficient and timely way of ensuring all patients get a fair choice of appointment.

Please note all referrals should include the patient’s relevant medical history, BMI, smoking status and letter of referral.

Not all services are available on the NHS, to enquire for more information please contact our NHS team on 01582 714 303.
