I am a consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon, with a specialist interest in surgery of the foot and ankle. Having studied medicine at King's College London, I undertook basic surgical training, followed by higher surgical training in trauma and orthopaedic surgery on the London North West Thames programme. I was then selected for advanced fellowship training in foot and ankle surgery, with a focus on sports-related injuries and the latest arthroscopic techniques, at the Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. I have undertaken travelling fellowships to Holland and world-leading trauma Units in the USA.
I have written chapters on foot and ankle conditions and presented work, both nationally and internationally. I have been awarded an MSc and Diploma from Imperial College London. Having a keen interest in teaching and training, I have been faculty and lecturer on courses and supervises trainees from both the London and East of England rotations.
