I obtained my medical degree (MBBS) from St Thomas Hospital Medical School in 1990. Having completed my pre-registration house officer jobs I went on to St Peters Hospital Chertsey for my surgical training and in 1995 completed the FRCS ( London) examination. Subsequently I commenced a five year Specialist Registrar training rotation based at Guys and St Thomas' Hospitals. During the second and third years of this programme I completed an MSc in urology at University College London.
My specialist training finished in July 2002 and I was appointed as a consultant at Luton and Dunstable Hospital on 1 December 2002. Since my appointment I set up a one stop prostate assessment clinic and haematuria clinics. I have a special interest in bladder cancer and renal calculus disease.

I have a life long interest in cricket and love to watch and play the sport. I am currently the captain of the Luton and Dunstable Hospital Consultant's team. I also have a keen interest in rugby and football and enjoy travelling and reading.
