I am a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon with a special interest in cataract and glaucoma surgery and treatment. I am the Lead Clinician of the Luton and Dunstable Glaucoma service with expertise in the medical, laser and surgical management of all adult glaucoma.
Medically, I offer expertise in the assessment of cataract, initial glaucoma diagnosis and its long-term management. With the facilities available at the Spire Harpenden, I use the latest in diagnostic testing to deliver a high-quality and individual care.
Surgically, I offer small incision cataract surgery. Having performed over 1,000 cataract procedures, I have the experience to the best outcome for my patients. From my sub-specialty interest, I offer a comprehensive range of glaucoma laser surgery and glaucoma filtration surgery. From this practice, I have built up a particular interest in undertaking complex cataract surgery in glaucoma.
