I am a Chartered Physiotherapist who has worked in musculoskeletal (MSK) services for over six years, both in the NHS and privately.
This has allowed me to gain extensive knowledge and experience in the treatment and rehabilitation of a variety of different conditions. My special interests are sports injuries, rehabilitation and post-operative recovery.
My main passion is in providing a tailored exercise programme in conjunction with manual therapy to optimise a patient’s recovery. I am also a member of The Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists (AACP), using a western approach to acupuncture for treating many common conditions.
I have studied and completed level 1-3 mat Pilates at APPI Health Group and have 3 years experience teaching Pilates classes. I am trained to provide patients with shockwave therapy for a variety of MSK conditions.
