I am a London-trained, dual-qualified Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in both Medicine (Imperial College London) and Dentistry (King's College London), with over 15 years' experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery and more than four years' experience as a consultant, including consultant posts at Northwick Park Hospital and St Mary's Hospital, London. My training includes several major London teaching hospitals and Queen Victoria Hospital, East Grinstead—an internationally recognised centre of excellence for oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthognathic and facial reconstruction. I currently practise at Luton & Dunstable University Hospital and Milton Keynes University Hospital, where I also serve as Clinical Lead for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Following completion of a dedicated post-CCT Fellowship in Facial Deformity Surgery at St George's Hospital, London. I am committed to delivering the highest standards of personalised care by combining meticulous surgical technique with advanced digital technologies, including virtual surgical planning and patient-specific reconstructive solutions, to optimise both functional and aesthetic outcomes.
Following my dedicated post-CCT Fellowship in Facial Deformity Surgery at St George's Hospital, London, and I have developed specialist expertise in orthognathic (jaw corrective) surgery, facial trauma, skin cancer surgery and facial reconstruction, complex dentoalveolar surgery, and salivary gland disorders.
I am the principle orthognathic surgeon for Milton Keynes and perform approximately 30 osteotomies a year on the NHS.
I have performed over 1000 wisdom tooth extractions and complex dentoalveolar procedures including exposure and bonding of impacted teeth), 1000 skin cancer resections and local reconstructions ( local flaps, skin grafts etc).
Alongside my clinical practice, I am actively involved in advancing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery through national leadership, education and research. I serve on the Royal Society of Medicine Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Council and have previously held national leadership roles within the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (BAOMS), including Chair of the Fellows in Training (FiT) Group. I have also contributed to national quality improvement initiatives through BAOMS QOMS as Deputy Audit Lead for Orthognathic and as a member of the Trauma Audit Analysis Group. I have authored more than 25 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, regularly lecture at national and international meetings, and remain actively involved in surgical education, having helped found the Undergraduate Maxillofacial (UMAX) Conference, which continues to support and inspire future generations of surgeons.
