I have worked in the Physiotherapy Outpatient department at Spire Harpenden for 5 years and prior to this I was working at the Spire Hospital in Bushey for 7 years. My experience also includes working within the NHS at Hemel Hempstead and St Albans City Hospital.
I successfully treat a range of acute and chronic Musculoskeletal and Orthopaedic conditions, with a special interest in the assessment and functional rehabilitation of spinal pain and core stability. I treat effectively using a combination of manual Physiotherapy techniques and specialised exercise based rehabilitation programmes.
I have completed modified Pilates training including Advanced Matwork and Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates with APPI. I am also a practicing member of the Acupuncture Association for Chartered Physiotherapists and find this a useful adjunct for treating a variety of conditions.
