I have been a Consultant Cardiologist at West Hertfordshire Hospitals and Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trusts for nearly 15 years. After qualifying in Medicine from the University of Cambridge, I trained in Cardiology in London, gaining expertise in all aspects of General Cardiology. I then did further sub-specialist training in percutaneous coronary intervention, which is the treatment of coronary artery disease by balloons and stents. I now undertake these procedures in Watford and at Hammersmith hospital, one of London’s largest Heart Attack Centres. I am proud to be able to demonstrate excellent procedural outcomes, as demonstrated by the national audit of coronary intervention (https://www.bcis.org.uk/operator-outcomes/).

In my time as a Consultant I have been Cardiac Catheter Laboratory Lead and then Head of Cardiology at Watford. I have also been a member of the Medical Advisory Committee at Spire Harpenden Hospital. My aim is always to provide a professional, but personalised and caring service to my patients.
