I have been a Consultant Hip and Knee Surgeon at Frimley Park Hospital since 2010, and replace over 300 joints a year. I offer a sensible opinion on painful hips and knees based on experience gained training in units in London, South Africa, Australia and America. I offer patients solutions such as joint preserving surgery, partial and total joint replacement, and surgery to replace a failing implant. I see patients presenting with all hip and knee conditions but I have subspecialist interests in hip replacement, young adult hip surgery, sports related hip injuries, hip arthroscopy and revision arthroplasty.
I provide personalised, high-quality care on an as-needed or preventative basis. I believe in educating patients as I work with them to achieve the best physical condition possible. I use minimally invasive surgical techniques as part of a rapid recovery programme, and implants and bearing surfaces with a proven track record to increase their longevity.
I continue to publish and lecture both nationally and internationally, and run a successful fellowship with a national reputation.
