I became a Consultant at Frimley Park Hospital in 2008. I specialise in the lower limb surgery including hip arthroplasty, 'mini-hip' replacement, hip revision surgery, knee replacement surgery, knee arthroscopy and sports injuries.
I have published on a variety of trauma and orthopaedic topics and have lectured on hip replacement surgery both at home and abroad.
I was born in Kent and went to Tonbridge School. I attended Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in London. I became a Specialist Registrar in the South West Thames training scheme and also have a Diploma in Sports Medicine. After attaining my final FRCS(Trauma and Orth), I went on to become the Senior Clinical Fellow in Hip Revision Surgery at King's College University Hospital in London. After a short observership at the Mayo Clinic, I became the 'Furlong Fellow' in Hip Surgery under John Edge specialising in uncemented hip replacements and hip revision work.
