I have been a consultant at Frimley for nearly 20 years. After a long army career, I joined the NHS in 1999 and have based my private practice at Spire Clare Park. I now really only operate on the hip and knee, and my main areas of interest are in young people's hip problems, particularly impingement.

Number of operations annually (NHS and private): Hip replacement: 80-100, Hip resurfacing: 15-20, Hip arthroscopy: 100-120, Knee replacement: 40-50, Knee arthroscopy: 80-100, Ligament reconstruction: 20-30.
