I have a broad experience of knee arthroplasty and soft tissue knee surgery. I developed my specialist interest of hip and knee surgery, including hip replacement, resurfacing and revision surgery, knee replacement, unicompartmental surgery, arthroscopic knee surgery, ligament reconstruction and sports injuries. I also perform osteotomy surgery for those who it is appropriate to preserve the joint and prevent joint replacement.
I was born in Surrey and educated in St John's School, Leatherhead. I qualified in 1992 from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School in London. My Orthopaedic training was based around the south-west of London, the Hand Unit at Queen Mary's Roehampton and a year in Sydney, Australia.
I took up a Consultant post at Frimley Park Hospital in July 2004.
