I treat my patients in the best possible evidence based way and guided by my experience. I am always available for open and detailed communications for my patients. I trained in Clinical Oncology in the Christie Hospital in Manchester and joined as a consultant in North Wales Cancer Treatment Centre in 2010. I offer all treatments for Breast, Lung and Brain Cancers.
I am the lead in Acute Oncology services in Wrexham Maelor Hospital. My main interests are in advanced radiotherapy techniques such as Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy (IMRT), Image Guided Radiotherapy (IGRT) and Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (SABR) as well as combining chemotherapy with radiotherapy. I am the lead for implementation of SABR in North Wales Cancer Treatment Centre. Research interests are mainly in Breast, Brain and Lung Malignancies. I am the principle investigator and co-investigator in multiple trials. I also have several oral presentations in the loco-regional, national and international meetings and conferences.
I have experience working in other cancer centres including: Christies in Manchester, Royal Preston Hospital and Saint James University Hospital Leeds.
