I joined Spire a year ago with over 9 years’ experience as a Physiotherapist, having worked in a variety of settings, both in the UK and abroad, treating patients from all walks of life.
I have a wide range of clinical experience which includes NHS settings, private healthcare, post-operative rehabilitation, musculoskeletal disorders, as well as elite sports.
I am particularly interested in sports injuries and high-performance return to sport after lower limb surgery, having built previous experience working in football academies with young athletes.
Specialties offered include dry needling, shockwave and electrotherapy, manual therapy, and exercise rehabilitation including Tai Chi for falls prevention and balance retraining.
