Gerard, one of our patients who had a hip replacement at Spire Liverpool Hospital wrote a thank you card to our two Private Patient Concierge staff in regards to his experience with us here at Spire Liverpool Hospital. Gerard also very kindly made a donation to MacMillian Cancer Support as his way to show his appreciation.

Gerard continued to say, "Whether it was a cleaner or a consultant, a physio or a pharmacist, or any of the health care and nursing staff, they all played their own part in delivering a team effort that made me as a first time patient feel confident that I was in safe hands."
