New X-ray equipment will provide a faster, more efficient service for patients

02 September 2015

Spire Liverpool Hospital is currently undergoing the second phase of refurbishment to replace the current X-ray and fluoroscopy equipment with latest digital system from Toshiba.

The new wireless technology will allow us to provide a faster more efficient service for our patients with improved image quality.

The project commenced 1 September 2015 and is due to take ten weeks. It is part of a larger project to refurbish the entire hospital which started back in April.

To continue with the current X-ray service, a mobile X-ray unit has been hired for the duration of the works and is currently located at the front of the hospital.
