I am a consultant in pain medicine and anaesthesia, seeing patients at Spire with a wide range of acute and long‑term pain conditions. My focus is on understanding the underlying cause of pain and working with patients to develop clear, practical management plans that support comfort, movement and quality of life.
I have a special interest in complex spinal and neck pain, including cervical pain and whiplash‑related conditions. I also regularly support patients with musculoskeletal pain and neurological pain, particularly where symptoms are persistent or affecting day‑to‑day activities. My approach is holistic and patient‑centred, taking time to listen carefully and explain treatment options in a way that feels clear and manageable.
Alongside my work at Spire, I trained and worked in specialist spinal and neuroscience centres in London and Leeds, gaining extensive experience in the management of complex pain conditions. This background allows me to offer evidence‑based care tailored to each individual, using a combination of medication management, interventional treatments where appropriate, and broader pain management strategies.
My aim is always to help patients feel reassured, supported and actively involved in decisions about their care, with treatment plans designed to improve function as well as reduce pain.
