Spire Hull and East Riding are glad to invite you to an upcoming educational evening at our Lowfield Clinic, held by Dr Jawad Ul Qamar on the management of hypertension.

Following on from his virtual session on chest pain, Dr Jawad Ul Qamar will be speaking on the management of hypertension for GPs and Primary Care. This will include not only management techniques, but also treatment advice and referral indicators, red flags that will help Primary Care colleagues know when to make a referral.

Dr Jawad Ul Qamar is an interventional cardiologist, specialising in cardiac catheterisation and angioplasty, with a special interest in managing patients with uncontrolled hypertension and renal denervation therapy. He sees patients for all aspects of general cardiology. With having performed more than 2,000 coronary angioplasties and 10,000 angiograms, Dr Jawad Ul Qamar's talk is sure to make for a valuable, informative evening.

As a part of the evening, a buffet dinner will be provided for all attendees.
