I am currently at Castle Hill Hospital as a Consultant Cardiologist with expertise in cardiac imaging.
After completing undergraduate medical school education at the Madras Medical College, Madras India I came to the UK for my postgraduate training in 1995.
I completed general medicine training in Scotland, and passed the MRCP (IK) exam in 1997. I then moved to England for my cardiology training as a registrar first at Ipswich and then at Castle Hill Hospital in Cottingham. As part of my cardiology training I took time off to do research as a cardiovascular imaging research fellow at the University of Virginia, USA.
After completing my cardiology training, I went to Oregon Health Sciences University as a fellow in cardiac MR and cardiac CT.
