I am a Paediatrician with more than 25 years' experience.
I have now been a Consultant in the NHS for more than seven years, working in the field of Community Paediatrics, Childhood Neurodisability, Looked After Children and Adoption. My particular interest is Developmental and Behavioural Paediatrics.
I qualified in India, doing my basic Medical Degree (MBBS) as well as an MD in Paediatrics from Delhi University. I obtained my MRCP in 1999 and have worked in the UK since. I did my Registrar training in the Yorkshire Deanery and also acquired a Diploma in Child Health from Leeds University as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Neurodisability.
