I had my final appointment with Mr Davies yesterday following my knee replacement on 19 December.
I just want to place on record my thanks to everybody at Spire who has been involved in what has been a most successful outcome.
My first communication with you (Mr Davies secretary, Clare) to arrange my initial appointment with Mr Davies through to my appointment last night, the care and service I have received has, quite frankly, been outstanding.
Every step of the way from pre-op assessment, the anaesthetist, the nursing team, the ward support team and the inpatient and outpatient physio team were caring, compassionate and supportive and my heartfelt thanks go to them all.
Mr Davies himself is a legend – his skill has literally change my life for which I am very grateful – I am particularly looking forward to a summer where I am able to really take part in activities with the grandchildren!
