I felt confident

The care from all the medical staff was of the highest level, as was the care and understanding of all of the hospital staff. From the receptionists, porters, caterers, and the cleaners, all were friendly, polite and went above and beyond their duties. Mr Parmar came across as a very competent knowledgeable surgeon that I felt confident with. The whole process from my arrival until my discharge was excellent. In particular, all the nurses were fantastic with their treatment, care and understanding.
