All the staff, in particular my consultant Mr Corner and my nurse for my daycare treatment Patricia Rocha, were polite, friendly and above all really professional so I felt fully at ease in their care.
From my first visit with Mr Corner I felt reassured that he would try to help me in any way he could with my specific need whilst at the same time being very realistic and honest. It was clear that he would not perform any surgery that he felt would not have a significantly favourable outcome. It was refreshing to be able to talk to someone who had the time to listen to my concerns and desires and not make me feel guilty for seeking a second opinion after I had had excellent treatment from the NHS. Mr Corner has a gift for making people feel at ease, using humour which always makes me feel comfortable but never belittling or demeaning the situation. I feel very blessed and thankful to have been referred to him. As stated previously my consultant Mr. Corner was amazing and my nurse Patricia Rocha was delightful, efficient and very professional.
