Nothing was too much trouble

The staff were all very accommodating and friendly, I felt very well cared for during my two night stay. Nothing was too much trouble. All of the nurses were lovely but two nurses in particular were so friendly and approachable. One, during overnight shifts always had a smile, even when I had to call on the buzzer, that made it such a nicer experience to know I was not viewed as a nuisance and they wanted to care for my needs. It is early days as (I'm) only five days pre op so my treatment's not finished at all, however, I am very pleased so far with what my consultant has done.
