I felt very well looked after

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and could do enough for me. I felt very well looked after and informed at every stage of my procedure. Mr Gordon was extremely honest and informed me of the best treatment to meet my needs; he was very reassuring and understood how anxious I was about my procedure. He put me at ease during my procedure talking me through what he was doing and giving me timescales of when I would be finished. I would definitely recommend Mr Gordon to friends, he was very friendly, understanding, honest and took all of my needs and concerns on board. I was very worried about being sedated, I spoke to the anaesthetist before going to theatre and we agreed on light sedation with the option to get more once I was in if I needed it. It made me feel so much better and I was fully awake and able to chat throughout my operation. All the nurses were also first class and so helpful and friendly.
