From booking in at reception to room, and then on to procedure, all staff and health specialists were very friendly and informative. I was made to feel calm and relaxed. Mr Irwin was very pleasant and informative and sympathetic to the pain I had at the start of procedure but made me feel calm whilst operating considering the reason I was there he was very easy to talk to and charming. The theatre staff were excellent as was consultant thank you.
