Excellent care and pleasant surroundings. I have the greatest of confidence in my consultant, Mr. Fayyad. He makes his patients feel very much at ease, explains the required procedures extremely well and has a professional, caring manner. I feel that I received excellent care from my consultant and anesthetist. The nurses were all caring and helpful. I also appreciated a very pleasant hospital volunteer who offered any help or tea or coffee.
