I was reassured the moment I stepped through the front door. The reception staff were polite and helpful. The porter made you feel welcome and showed me round my room. My staff nurse Tracey was exceptional. She obviously sensed I was nervous without me telling her and was so kind. My room was clean. Another mention for Tracey (staff nurse) in the endoscopy unit. Exceptional level of care. She is a top notch nurse.
