The whole experience was of a very high standard. Prompt and polite staff, and so caring and welcoming. It instilled great confidence in the treatment I was to receive. Attentive nursing, clear explanations and reassurance. A spotless ward, rooms including bathroom and toilets, and excellent food. Thanks must go to my consultant and the nurses that saw me through my pre operative stage, the calming influence as I was about to go into theatre, and my recovery and post operative stage. From my first consultation with Dr Whitelaw through to my visit from him before being discharged I was given exemplary service which gave me an understanding of my treatment and full reassurance to help me feel settled.
