Everything was very organised and comfortable. The people were friendly and efficient. Mr David Gordon was so professional and personable. I knew he would only do what he thought was right and achievable. I had total confidence in him and his team. So far he has delivered, and I am pleased I found him. We live a long way away, but the journey is worth it for total peace of mind. Neve, the nurse who looked after me, was really caring. I was worried on arrival but she was brilliant all day long. A great asset to the hospital.
