I was treated amazingly from my first appointment up to the day of my surgery and throughout my stay/procedure. Mr Langdon I appreciate very much, he was extremely calm and gave me all the information I needed and was always there if I needed anything, nothing was any trouble for him. The nurses are wonderful. I couldn't thank them enough.
I was extremely nervous/anxious in the build up to the surgery and everyone made me feel at ease. Another person who was most amazing was the anaesthetist, he was so lovely to me and made me feel calm in the day and I appreciate both him and Mr Langdon coming to check on me the next two days after. He was brilliant, I felt so comfortable that he would look after me even though I felt so anxious, and he made sure to give me all the information I needed.
Also, every nurse and employee of Spire had nothing but brilliant things to say about Mr Langdon - I didn't even need to ask. They would look on my notes and see I had Mr Langdon and say I was in excellent hands, and so I felt extremely happy. My partner also has disc problems so I will very much be pointing him to Mr Langdon.
I feel the whole experience was great. I thank the whole team, as everyone was amazing.
