I wanted to let you know that I continue to be delighted with the outcome of my cataract surgery. I today visited Specsavers in St Albans, who originally referred me to St Albans Hospital for Cataract surgery, for a post operative sight test. This confirmed that I have no need to wear glasses - other than for reading. The improvement in my distance vision is really good and to be able to dispense with glasses except for reading and utilising the computer is undoubtedly a life-enhancing result.
Thank you so much for work on my right eye which is now my "better" eye. I cannot speak too highly of your work and the facilities at the Harpenden Spire Hospital.
