The staff were all friendly and professional, I was on my way to the operating theatre less than 1 hour 30 minutes after arrival and my medication was ready when I was fit to leave a few hours after my op. “I had knee surgery on 20 January 2017. Prior to this I was having pre-op physio with Katie - a brilliant service. The pre-op assessment was superb and everything explained to me. On the day of the operation everything went OK, and I'm still receiving physio. Good service from all involved in my care.”
