35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays

Health assessments

Following the successful completion of your probation period at Spire, you will be eligible for a health assessment, which includes health tests and a consultation with a doctor. Frequency of the checks will be detailed in your contract of employment.

From time to time we offer colleagues the opportunity to buy Spire shares from their pay via our Sharesave Scheme. Shares can be bought at the end of a three year saving period at a price determined in advance, but if you decide you don’t want to buy the shares, you get your money back. Better still, money earned from selling the shares isn’t subject to income tax (though may be subject to capital gains tax).
