I completed my Specialist Registrar training in Trauma and Orthopaedics within the North Western Deanery, rotating through hospitals including Preston, Chorley, Bolton, Stockport, Blackburn, Burnley and Wrightington.

I subsequently undertook fellowship training as a Lower Limb Arthroplasty Fellow at Wrightington Hospital, widely recognised as a centre of excellence for orthopaedic surgery. This fellowship, together with my previous training, provided extensive experience in a wide range of hip and knee procedures, including complex revision arthroplasty and knee replacement.

I have a particular interest in the management of young adult hip problems, problematic metal‑on‑metal hip replacements and sports‑related injuries.

My clinical practice includes hip and knee arthroplasty, revision surgery and advanced techniques where appropriate, including Arthrosamid injections and Mako® robotic‑arm assisted surgery.
