I am a Consultant Vascular Surgeon with a specialist interest in the management of varicose veins, chronic venous disease and leg ulceration, as well as major arterial diseases excluding those involving the heart and thoracic vessels.
I have experience in the management of a wide range of vascular conditions, including aortic aneurysms and aortic occlusive disease, carotid artery disease and peripheral vascular disease. My clinical work also includes the prevention of stroke through the assessment and treatment of carotid artery disease.
In addition to arterial conditions, I provide treatment for venous disorders, including varicose veins and spider veins, using techniques such as sclerotherapy and vein wave treatment. I also manage chronic venous disease and leg ulceration.
My practice includes the assessment and management of vascular conditions affecting both arterial and venous systems, as well as the treatment of hyperhidrosis where appropriate.
