Professor Chhetri is a Consultant Neurologist at the regional Neurosciences Centre at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He undertook general medical training in Yorkshire and Manchester and completed neurology training from the Greater Manchester Neurosciences Centre.
He manages a wide variety of neurological conditions including headache, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and nerve and muscle disease. He is the Co-Director of the Preston Motor Neurone Disease MND care and research centre.
