Treatment restrictions due to coronavirus (COVID-19)

As part of our longstanding relationship, we are proud to be dedicating our resources to the NHS at this important time. As a result many of our treatments are currently suspended and we are reviewing all planned procedures and consultations. We are making every effort to talk to impacted patients and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Dear Ms Cummings

This is a note simply to say a heartfelt thank you to you and all your staff for the outstanding patient experience I had. Every single member of staff showed care, respect, compassion and importantly, good humour - a smile goes a long way. When the nurses said 'buzz if you need us', you knew they meant it. And on a very low day, I was listened to and understood by a staff nurse in a way which made a genuine difference.

I had a TKR [total knee replacement] and have to have another - some of the fear I have has now been alleviated.
