I am a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at Spire Yale Hospital and Spire Abergele Clinic. I am a knee specialist who provides care in all aspects of knee problems in North Wales. Based in a busy Wrexham Maelor Hospital and I am a local educational lead for Higher Surgical Trainees in Orthopaedic rotation (Oswestry and Wales deanery).

My specialist practice now includes a broad range of knee problems, from major knee trauma at Wrexham Maelor Hospital to elective knee cases in Wrexham Maelor Hospital and Spire Yale Hospital, Wrexham.

I take pride in the quality of care offered to my patients, and work closely with an excellent multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Arthrosamid® injections for knee osteoarthritis

Through a single injection into the knee's intra-articular cavity, Arthrosamid® hydrogel cushions the joint and maintains pain relief for up to five years. Unlike surgery, the injection is minimally invasive and performed as an outpatient procedure. The injection takes 15 - 20 minutes to perform.
