I am a Consultant Gynaecologist offering private treatment at Spire Yale Hospital and Spire Abergele Clinic. I welcome patients from Wrexham, Abergele, Chester, across North Wales and surrounding areas, providing personalised care in a supportive and discreet environment.
I qualified as a doctor in 1989 and hold a BSc. I am a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and have many years of experience managing both routine and complex gynaecological conditions. Alongside my clinical practice, I am a lecturer with the University of Wales Medical School, reflecting my ongoing commitment to education and evidence‑based medicine.
I am actively involved in professional societies that support high standards of women’s healthcare, including the British Menopause Society, the International Menopause Society and the British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy. These memberships help ensure my practice remains aligned with current research and best practice, particularly in the management of menopause and minimally invasive gynaecological treatments.
In my clinics, I treat a wide range of gynaecological concerns, including endometriosis, heavy periods and postmenopausal bleeding, fertility investigations, recurrent miscarriage, prolapse and postmenopausal disorders. I also offer menopause care and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), as well as local anaesthetic gynaecology procedures and endometrial ablation where appropriate.
