As of 31 October 2019, Spire Healthcare formed a new partnership with GenesisCare to create an exciting integrated, end-to-end, private cancer service in Bristol.
The new partnership
GenesisCare has acquired Spire Oncology Centre South West, with staff transferring across to GenesisCare. Spire Healthcare will continue to provide oncology diagnostics and surgery at Spire Bristol Hospital and GenesisCare will contribute its leading expertise in radiotherapy, chemotherapy and treatment planning services, to deliver an end-to-end package for cancer patients across Bristol
Patients of Spire Oncology Centre South West
There'll be no change to how your treatment is delivered, or the care you'll receive. You'll continue to see the same clinicians at your appointments, and there'll be no impact on your billing or insurance arrangements. If you're a former patient and need to speak to someone about the care you received or for questions about ongoing treatment, you can contact the centre as before.
