Mr Louette underwent the Belgium Orthopaedic Training Scheme from 1988 - 1995 which inlcuded a one year SHO post in Exeter in 1989 and a one year senior registrar post in Dunedin, New Zealand in 1994.
Mr Louette has had consultancy posts in Banbury and Walsall and was a senior fellow in joint replacement surgery at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital Birmingham in 1999.
Mr Louette is currently the leading orthopeadic surgeon in East Kent that operates on complex foot and ankle pathology and is the surgeon that most call to perform hindfoot and midfoot fusions in East Kent, together with ankle fusions.
