Spire St Anthony's Hospital is a large private hospital close to Sutton and Epsom, on the borders of Surrey and South London, providing very high quality healthcare in a calm and peaceful environment.
Founded in 1904 by the Congregation of the Daughters of the Cross
Supported by state of the art diagnostic imaging and a modern eight-bed intensive care unit, we offer services ranging from cardiac surgery to day-case procedures. Founded in 1904, Spire St Anthony's delivers care from skilled and dedicated staff working together with leading medical practitioners.
As a result we are a major provider for cardiac, thoracic and complex orthopaedic surgery, and we are listed by BUPA for breast, bowel and gynaecological cancer surgery.
We also provide bariatric (weight loss) surgery, general surgery, urology, vascular surgery and plastic surgery including hand and wrist procedures.
With 24 hour intensive care and RMO cover, we can respond quickly to cope with urgent admissions. Our Bookings Office, or Senior Nursing Office when the Bookings Office is closed, will happily put you in touch with an appropriate consultant to allow patients to be admitted without delay.
Spire St Anthony's places its focus on the needs of patients. This extends beyond investment in high quality equipment, such as cardiac catheterisation, MRI and CT scanning. Our nurses place a deliberate onus on spending time with patients, providing a level of care which you would wish for your own family.
Every year we recieve around 2,000 patient surveys, with the latest figures indicating that 99.4% of these patients would recommend Spire St Anthony's to their friends and family.
With experienced consultants, a welcoming environment and well over 100 years history in the community, clinical excellence is imbibed in the ethos of St Anthony's, an attribute which we continue to strive towards in all that we do.
