Dr Wylie is an accredited oncologist based at the Christie Hospital Manchester having undergone prior training in London, Manchester and Toronto. Dr Wylie has extensive experience in the radiation, chemotherapy and hormone treatment options for men with all stages of prostate cancer and bladder cancer. He has a particular interest in prostate brachytherapy (both “seed” brachytherapy and high dose rate brachytherapy [HDR]) and intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT).The prostate brachytherapy service started at Christie in 2000 and is the largest brachytherapy service in the U.K. Our comprehensive database confirms excellent outcome and a quick return to normal activities.
