Recent studies indicate a link between moderate physical exercise and improved quality of life for breast cancer survivors. The Pink Ribbon Pilates Programme is suitable whether your surgery was recent or several years ago and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Cath Dudfield is a certified breast cancer exercise specialist and is also part of the Perform Physiotherapy team at Spire Little Aston Hospital.
Ideally the programme is run over six weeks with classes taking place twice a week. The classes are half an hour sessions and you can choose to book a programme of group classes (maximum of eight in a class) or you can book a series of one-to-one sessions.
The cost for the group classes is £72 which includes an initial one-to-one assessment and attendance over six weeks. One-to-one sessions are available at £66 for an initial assessment and £45 thereafter for each individual class.
A Pink Ribbon exercise band and book are also included in the price.
